SELF- TRUTH

* To gain pleasure is an illusion. Like a mirage, pleasure can never be achieved. Because it is unreal, like a mirror image. Pleasure is seen outside but real happiness exists only within one's Self.

* All the external efforts with techniques, courses & discourses are useless to know the Self, the God within.

* The search of the Self should be from within.

* Experience the Self (Truth), and hold the belief firmly.
